| Venetian’s new Poker room
A date has been set for the opening of Venetian’s new poker room. At
11,000 square foot, it is the biggest in Las Vegas and features 32
tables on the main floor, and seven in the high-limit area. The room
will hold games ranging from $4-8 limit to $4K-8K.
Amenities include 21 plasma televisions, complimentary valet
parking, complimentary poker lessons and safe deposit boxes for players.
The operations are being led by Kathy Raymond.
"We are all excited to have Kathy Raymond join the Venetian Poker
Room. Her experience and stellar reputation will distinguish us from all
other poker rooms on the Strip," said Kenneth Davenport, VP of Gaming at
the Venetian.
