| Sponsors for VH1 Poker Tournament
Hansen Gray & Company, Inc. has partnered with Tenner and Associates to
sponsor the VH1 Classic Rock-n-Roll Celebrity Poker Tournament.
The Tournament hosted by Phil Laak, will feature Dusty Hill of ZZ Top,
Jane Wiedlin of the Go Go's, Vinnie Paul of Pantera, and Sully Erna of
Godsmack all for the benefit of charity. The winner will determine to
which charity the prize pool proceeds will be donated and receive an
entry into the $10,000 North American Poker Tour Invitational at
Hollywood Park in September 2006.

Launched in 2000, VH1 Classic is a 24-hour network that presents music
videos, concerts and music specials all day long and is available on all
digital cable satellite platforms, reaching 40 million households across
the country.
