Most Downloaded Woman Encourages a New Use of Hands

Lingerie model and internet superstar Cindy Margolis launched her own online poker room during the last few months, teaming up with poker professional Cindy Violette to develop and pitch a new television reality show, opened a Los Angeles night club with her husband Guy, and become the official beautiful face of the World Poker Tour’s online community, Chipleaders. Margolis is a very busy woman, and it is also pretty clear that she has a passion for poker. She has also recently expanded her business by adding Poker Royalty, a marketing and player representative agency that specializes in the poker business.

Margolis was one of the first people to take advantage of the power represented in the Internet by starting up a site that featured only herself. She is a stunningly beautiful woman, and thanks to this and the amount of men using the net for side purposes, she became one of the most downloaded females in the history of the internet. The recent poker boom has also certainly caught the attention of Margolis’ keen business radar, as in February she was hostess at four different parties in Las Vegas, including the grand opening of the Hooters Casino Club.

On February 18th, she helped open Guy’s North nightclub in California, which also included a celebration for the launch of her online poker room CindysPoker.com. Poker celebrities were there to help the couple celebrate, including Violette and Mike “The Mouth” Matusow. The poker room came online in January, and to create it she partnered with Mercury Sports N.V., with software created by Full House Entertainment. If you want to try and catch a hand or two with the lady herself, her username is CindyM.

Margolis is clearly out to add to her already formidable facial recognition power, adding her image to Chipleaders, inundating her own poker room with it, in addition to having been on several television shows and in an Austin Powers movie. Looks alone will not draw serious players, though, and time will tell if Margolis’ marketing powers can extend to something beyond herself. With the growing popularity of poker, though, it might just be a safe bet.
